  • Define Salvation.
  • What are the two unbiblical views of the extent of salvation?
  • What is the biblical view of the extent of salvation?
  • What is salvation according to liberal, existential, secular and Roman Catholic theologies?
  • What is salvation according to various world religions and counterfeit Christian groups?
  • What is the  Biblical view of salvation?
  • Define: election, omniscience, foreknowledge, foreordination, predestination, general calling, effectual calling, salvation, justification, reprobation in the context of the doctrines of salvation.
  • Set forth the cases for “Five Point Calvinism” the Arminian Rebuttal and the Modified Reformed View using the TULIP as a grid for discussion, especially on the topic of election.
  • Briefly describe the “Ordo Salutis” according Grudem and the BFM 2000.
  • Thoroughly describe the “Ordo Salutis” according to Erickson.

  • Identify the various constituencies of the Church-Universal; Church-Local; Church-Visible; Church-Body of Christ; Church-Israel; Church-The Elect; Church-Kingdom of God Now; Church-Kingdom of God Not Yet; and the Nation of Israel.
  • Historically, what have been said to be the two Marks of a True Church?
  • What are the three officers of the Church and what are their functions?
  • What are the features of the “Plurality of Elders within a Local Church with a Leader” model?
  • What are the three views on Church Governance, and which one is modeled in the New Testament?
